The Maxim Cockspur Locking Window Handle features a sleek, modern design with a slender grip for comfortable use. Engineered with a simple release button, it is ideal for egress applications where emergency escape is required. The handle’s nose securely closes over the frame wedge to keep the window locked.

Suitable for PVCu, timber, or aluminium casement windows, it comes in two nose heights—12mm and 21mm—with a variety of striker wedges to accommodate different window designs.

Designed for both style and durability, the handle meets BS EN 1670 Grade 3 (96-hour) corrosion resistance standards and is endurance-tested beyond 50,000 cycles to ensure long-lasting performance.
